Why you need a Notary Public

A notary public validates documents and witnesses the signing and certification of documents and is needed to conduct property transactions.

You can read in below link in French or Dutch the roles and duties of Notaries in Belgium and the Notaries that are registered in Belgium.

http://www.notaire.be/

If you do not take advice of a Notary in advance of undertaking some commercial transactions, you do at your own peril and stand to lose thousands of Euros.

The Irish in Europe  Association are pleased to recommend the following English speaking  Notaries (Vincent VRONINKS & Benoit Ricker) in Brussels who are known to be most  helpful, obliging and flexible in dealing with members of the Irish Diaspora Community in Belgium.
